Common questions

When will Directios SalesControl be generally available?
We're aiming to open up access in the coming months. Waitlist members will be invited in batches and notified by email.
Do I need a HubSpot subscription?
Yes — SalesControl connects to your existing HubSpot account via the official API. It extends HubSpot, it does not replace it. You don't need a paid HubSpot plan — all core features work with HubSpot Free as well.
Where is my data stored?
Your HubSpot data is cached in a secure database hosted in Germany. Connections are encrypted and access is scoped per organisation. We never share or sell your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Is Directios SalesControl GDPR compliant?
Yes. We act as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included with every subscription.
How much does it cost?
SalesControl is free during the current beta. After we launch publicly, the price will be €49 per month per organisation, excluding VAT. The price is flat and does not depend on the number of users on your team. Beta customers will be notified in advance before billing begins, with no surprise charges.
Why do I need this if I already have HubSpot?
SalesControl does not replace HubSpot — it adds the operational layer that HubSpot accounts are missing. If you have ever wished HubSpot could automatically flag stale deals, deduplicate companies in the background, or move a deal stage based on a rule, that is what SalesControl does.
How is this different from Dedupely or Insycle?
Dedupely and Insycle focus on deduplication, mostly run manually on demand. SalesControl is broader: deduplication is one of several pillars, alongside pipeline health monitoring and status automation. Everything runs continuously in the background, not as one-off scans.
What does the setup process look like?
A personal 15-minute call. We connect SalesControl to your HubSpot, configure rules around your real deal stages and lifecycle stages, and walk you through the dashboard. After two weeks we do a short check-in to refine the configuration based on how your team has actually been using it.
How do I connect my HubSpot account?
You connect via a HubSpot Private App. The easiest way is to grant us temporary access so we can set it up before the onboarding call — it only takes a few minutes and you remove our access right after. If you'd prefer to do it yourself, we can walk you through it during the onboarding call instead. Either way, the Private App approach means you stay in full control: you can see exactly which scopes we have and revoke access at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly — automatic renewal unless you cancel. There are no long-term commitments and no setup fees. When you cancel, we delete or return all personal data we hold on your behalf as governed by our DPA. Your HubSpot account is unaffected — SalesControl never owns your CRM data.
What kind of support do I get?
Email support during regular German business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–17 CET) at [email protected]. We aim to respond within two business days, though in practice it's usually much faster — you're talking directly to the people who built the product.
